The communication services offered by Tortona Rocks include press office and PR activities, social media marketing, promotion and coordination.
The press office and media relations activities provided by Tortona Rocks are targeted at both the national and international press (online and offline magazines, blogs, TV, radio).
These promotional activities start in February with the gathering together of the necessary materials to launch an integrated communication campaign, with the distribution of the press release and press follow-ups on the event.
Communication is reinforced via social networks, using effective marketing tools to reach a vast target audience.
The editorial plan for the event consists in the posting of reviews, updates throughout Milan Design Week, as well as post-event communications on Milano Space Makers Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook pages.
The on-site communication consists of the following services:
Press point: For the entire week of the event, a press point is available at Opificio 31, where journalists can find updated press kits and information on specific projects in real-time.
Info point: located in a strategic area in the district, the Opificio 31 info point is on hand to provide visitors with information on the innovative and interesting events in the district.
Integrated Communication: various tools are used to enhance communication across the various channels.
Newsletter: the Tortona Rocks project is promoted via a mailing list of over 50.000 profiled contacts, providing news and previews of the event and follow ups with post-event data. The newsletter is mailed to professionals in the art, design and fashion sectors, the press, designers, architects and design companies, agents, buyers and commercial operators, national and international institutions, creatives, PRs, VIPs and high-profile Milanese citizens, the general public with an interest in fashion, art, design, food, innovation, etc.
